Who We Are

Work for Us

St Margaret of Scotland Hospice offers a variety of rewarding and interesting careers. Looking after patients, working in our new kitchen facilities or looking after our beautiful gardens, you will find both a fulfilling role and an opportunity to provide a valued service to our local community.

Our Mission and Core Values shape our dedicated support to our patients, their families and friends.  We employ full-time and part-time staff in a variety of professional areas and locations and we often look for additional professional, talented and motivated people to complement our team.

Why work for us

As the first Hospice to open in Scotland, we also like to think we are one of the most forward-thinking. We strive to deliver the highest standards of care and as an employer, we seek to be at the forefront in providing opportunities for staff in education, training and self-development.

It is important for us to make sure our staff and volunteers are supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.
