Our care - day hospice

Edwina Bradley Day Hospice

Patient-centred, holistic care for people living with life-limiting illness, supporting you to stay as well as you possibly can, for as long as you can.

Who is the Day Hospice for?

The Edwina Bradley Day Hospice is for patients living with life-limiting illness who would benefit from rehabilitative palliative care in a supportive group setting. Our approach helps patients remain as physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually well as possible, through peer support, clinical care, and therapeutic activities.

If a group setting doesn't suit your needs, you can also attend the Day Hospice for individual outpatient clinics with our medical, nursing, and rehabilitation teams.
