Get involved - Building Appeal

75 years of care, and the next chapter starts with you

Our purpose-built Hospice has cared for patients in Clydebank since 1971, expanding over the decades to meet changing needs. To continue that tradition, we're raising £5 million to transform our facilities.

What we're building

Our appeal will fund a transformation of the Hospice estate, creating single-patient suites, enhanced facilities, and spaces that feel like home.

St Joseph's Ward

A full refurbishment of our Specialist Palliative Care Centre, a modern, nurturing environment for patients and families.

Building envelope

Replacement of external cladding, windows, and roofing to protect and future-proof the Hospice for decades to come.

Roof garden and natural light

Redesigned spaces with larger windows, bringing natural light and open views into every room.

"Here at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice, comfort, peace, and serenity are at the heart of our story. Our aim is to ensure those who are admitted take a sigh of relief when they come through our doors and into their sanctuary." - Sister Rita MBE, Chief Executive
