Fundraising

This is a new and exciting time for the fundraising team at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice. All our efforts are directed at maintaining and enhancing much loved existing fundraising events as well as bringing forward a programme of entirely new, creative and exciting events that we know our supporters will enjoy. All these events are designed to meet the ever increasing and ongoing running costs of St Margaret of Scotland Hospice. The annual costs of providing care for all those who need it at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice is £3.2 million a year, half of which we must raise. Our fundraising events are therefore a vital element in helping to secure those much- needed funds.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE and sincere thank you to the army of volunteers, and those who support us in many other ways for your continued help and support. You have turned up rain, hail or shine to undertake work behind the scenes for our fundraising efforts; to help in many other ways in the Hospice; to help with can collections and bag packing or at specific events; and some have even organised their own fundraising events- large and small- for the benefit of the Hospice. Our volunteers and supporters are very precious to us and we appreciate all the help they give us.
